48 Old Turnpike Rd., Oldwick, NJ – Directly across the street from the Tewksbury Inn. Waiting room entrance is around the back of the building. Limited parking behind the office with driveway accessible from Church Street.

Just come in and have a seat. There is nobody to check in with and I am usually prompt with appointment time
